We are all currently in quarantine conditions. For children living in families, this period gives the most important thing — attention and care from fathers and mothers almost around the clock.

At the schedule video conference of the Foundation, we thought: what if we make the period of self-isolation more vivid and exciting for those children who, for various reasons, live separately from their families? And we didn’t just think – we did it!

Little children in three social educational institutions in Nur-Sultan received about 80 different developmental and educational board games, creativity kits and sports equipment. Of course, with all precautions and sanitary treatment.

We donated chess games “Mafia” and “Answer in 5 Seconds”, a magnetic construction set, Lego sets for boys and girls, and educational games on numbers, shapes and writing to the “Centre for Support of Children in Difficult Life Situations.” And also kits for creating jewelry and embroidery with sequins, coloring books, paint-by-number paintings and primers in Kazakh and Russian languages.

Foster children of the SOS Children’s Villages of Kazakhstan orphanage and special boarding school No. 1 received the same games and creativity kits.

10 orphans with special needs live permanently in special boarding school No. 1. Imagine: a huge ultra-modern school, and in it, out of 300 children, only 10… The rest went home during quarantine.

Certainly, these ten children really need attention and care. That’s why they were probably the most happy about our gifts!

The total cost of all gifts donated by our Foundation was 198,980 tenge. And they were purchased for charity funds raising through Kassa24 terminals.
