Children’s health is a priority area of our foundation’s activity. We aim our efforts to save the children’s lives in Kazakhstan, and not in other countries. To achieve this, our foundation organizes fundraising from major sponsors and in form of private donations and purchases modern medical equipment for children’s hospitals, maternity hospitals and perinatal centers. We also use the funds raised to train doctors to improve their skills.

AYALA Foundation primarily helps children’s intensive care units. We independently conduct professional assessments of hospitals’ needs for intensive care equipment. The head of the foundation’s medical projects and a former anesthesiologist personally visits such departments and assesses the real needs of medical institutions. This allows us to purchase and install equipment that is actually necessary to save lives in children’s intensive care units. We work only on requests from government medical institutions. This guarantees precise targeted assistance. We purchase equipment and control fully its delivery, installation and connection. We involve the media to cover the transfer of intensive care equipment.

Sponsors are provided with a detailed financial report for each project. All this guarantees publicity and transparency of our actions. Over the entire period of the foundation’s work, thanks to such projects as “Breathe, Baby”, “Breathe in Life”, “I Want to Live Too”, tens of thousands of children’s lives have been saved.
