In January of this year, our Foundation installed a hardware kit for controlled hypothermia — a Tecoterm NEO unit and an electroencephalography monitor at the Oblast Perinatal Centre.

According to the chief medical officer of the Atyrau OPC, Askar Tlekkabylovich Kenzhegaliev, our hardware complex is working very actively. Every month it saves the lives of children who need hypothermia due to moderate to severe birth asphyxia.

Over the past two weeks, the lives of 5 newborns have been saved on it, and since January – 16!

We are very, very glad that our equipment helps children live!
