For the past 4 years, our foundation has been aiding Samsung in implementing an amazing project that we wholeheartedly love.
It’s Coding Lab—a free programming school offering Kazakhstan high school students and college students the chance to take their first steps in the IT sphere.
From September to April, students delve into the basics of programming, learn Android development, master computer design, and create their own mobile applications.
Since 2020, the training has been conducted online, led by advanced programming instructors-practitioners from Almaty.
Last week marked the project defense where 40 mobile applications were presented. They cover diverse fields: from ecology and creating marketplaces to aiding in accessing medical services and, of course, games and entertainment.
