The results of the contest for journalists "Press service of Good"

On March 31, 2017, AYALA Charity Fund, Air Astana National carrier and Interfax-Kazakhstan News agency summarized the results of the national contest for the media "Press service of Good". Overall, 71 applications were received for the competition. Journalists sent their works from 18 cities and settlements of the country. Active participants were correspondents from Uralsk, Pavlodar, Ekibastuz, Almaty, Astana, etc. 20 of them are TV workers, 51 - journalists of print media and news agencies.

All the works were highly appreciated by members of jury, which included a representative of the reputable information agency Interfax-Kazakhstan Svetlana Romanova, the vice president of public relations at AYALA Charity Foundation Jangeldi Sarsenov and the manager of corporate communications of Air Astana Tlek Abdrakhimov.

The contest was announced in May 2016. Throughout the year media workers were actively sending the jury stories about good deeds. The awards of the national contest "Press service of Good" organized by AYALA Charity Foundation were distributed as follows: the honorable third place and a ticket for a creative assignment for two to Tbilisi city was given to Tatyana Aladyina, a journalist of Express K newspaper.

The second place and the trip to St. Petersburg, according to the jury, were deserved by Aisha Kireeva from Uralsk city for a series of TV programs.

The first place and tickets to Hong Kong were won by a journalist from Ekibastuz Dariya Zhumadilova.

The main prize - the grand prix of the "Press service of Good" competition was awarded to a journalist from Astana Renat Tashkinbayev.

Journalists from many regions of Kazakhstan attended the awards ceremony of the mational contest "Press service of Good". Flights and accommodation were provided by a long-term partner - Air Astana national carrier. ADD Capital Company financed living in hotels.

All the participants of the celebration event received souvenirs from AYALA Charity Foundation and partners.
